Transfer credit for foreign universities International applicants must ensure that transcripts are evaluated by a recognition examination service accredited by NACES. The foreign university or university must be recognized by the Ministry of Education or by an equivalent body of the country in which it is located. Current Students of Woodbury: TES (Transfer Course Evaluation System) is designed as a guide for current students who might be required to take courses at another university. Transfer permits must be submitted to the clerk.
